The CTACPSA was formed to enhance the Law Enforcement Agencies in Waco-Belton-Kileen and Ft Hood areas of Central Texas. The current membership represents Police Chiefs, Sheriff’s, Constables, Marshals, Command Staff, Military Police and line officers of local City, County, State, Federal, College/University, School Districts, Court Officals, and Special Law Enforcement agencies from counties in Central Texas are also represented.
